Multiple weeks of fun basketball with Cruz Sports Coaching. To enrol on an after-school club your child must be a pupil of the school staging it. Places are strictly limited and booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ensure you provide your child's name and your contact number when booking. You must also inform us of any medical conditions that your child has.

Session will taking place in the Junior Playground.

Therefore, we are not in control of the weather.

Rain:

- Very Light rain, we can continue with session outdoor

- Heavy rain, we cannot continue with session outdoor. School may have a classroom for us to finish off the session. However, this is not guaranteed.

- Rain before session starts will be monitored by the coach and updates will be sent out to parents by email or Whatsapp with enough time for you to make arrangements.

- If we have cancel a session due to weather, there will be no refund. However, if you decide rejoin in the new term, sessions missed due to weather cancellation, can be credited for next term.

- If we have to cancel a session due to coach absence, then refund will be sent out or credited for next term because this cancellation is caused by us.

- All payment will be done online or Contactless Card reader

Location of session:
- Indoor small gym and sports hall
- If necessary outdoor basketball court

Meeting Point:
- Follow the school guideline regarding entrance and exit points.
- Floor marking demonstrating this
Participants Belongings:
Participants belonging must be kept safe and away from the playing area. Participants can leave their belongings:
- In their classrooms
- Lockers (if they have lockers)
- Keep each player’s belongings separated from others’ and in individually labelled containers, bags, or areas.


Cancellations/Refund.

Cruz reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of which an alternative session will be offered in lieu or a full refund will be issued.

If a child is no longer able to participate in a Cruz service due to illness or injury a refund may be issued at Cruz's discretion upon receipt of GP/hospital letter confirming illness or injury. REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO:

- Parents or children who decide that they no longer want to participate in our service after two sessions of becoming a member or during the term will be eligible for refund for the remaining lessons of the term. Fail to let us know that your child/children no longer attending the session before the third session date, you will not be eligible for refund for the remaining lessons of the term. Even if your child/children did not attend anymore sessions after the first two sessions with us, you must notify us before the next scheduled session. Fees are not refundable for any classes missed.

- Those who have a holiday scheduled. We mainly run our classes during term time. This allows parents to be more flexible during the holidays.
